WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out our contact form

  • Your name and email address when you sign up to receive communications from us

  • Your name and contact details when you make a reservation through OpenTable

We do not collect any sensitive personal information such as health data, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your questions and messages

  • Process your online orders and send you a confirmation

  • Send you updates or promotions if you have opted in to receive them

  • Manage your reservation

Our website runs on Squarespace, which uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) to keep your data safe during transmission.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your information only as long as we need it. Contact form submissions are kept for a reasonable period to follow up on your inquiry. Order records are kept for as long as required by Canadian tax law. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, we will remove you promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
